This lovely California McManis Cabernet has a deep ruby-red, almost purple, color. The nose is blackberries with spice and chocolate. On the palate is a rich, lush fruit that is oh-so-yummy. The tannins are substantial and the finish is long. I love this wine and think it is excellent. At just under $10 a bottle, it is an excellent value. I would be in favor of buying a case of this.
